Senior QA Analyst (April, 2018 - August, 2024)

  • Conducted complex process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments; reported issues and recommended solutions.
  • Migrated legacy accounts onto KORE’s Connectivity Pro portal to save over a million dollars in KORE’s yearly revenue.
